Something great happens when preparation meets opportunity. Over 25 years ago 2 business savvy brothers met a distressed business owner of a failing window coverings retail and manufacturing company in Southern California. Having much experience building and creating something out of nothing, the two purchased the failing business for pennies on the dollar.
They hit the ground running and never looked back. They learned and perfected every technical and practical function of the window shades industry, including manufacturing. Within a few years, they were able to turn it into a multimillion-dollar company. They attribute it to the grace of God, hard work, hustle, and the aim to please the customer. Fast forward to today, the same philosophy is intact.
We have built many wonderful relationships with clients, of which some have become lifelong friends. And numerous homes have been beautified and enhanced with our products. It’s completely humbling and honoring to see where we have come from. And we are grateful for the opportunities and relationships that are ahead of us.
Our Process
Step 1: In-Home Consultation
This is where you get to be hands-on. Your personal design specialist will meet you in your home with our wide selection of product samples. You’ll be able to flip through options, hold up potential selections against your home’s interior, and make the best selection for your taste and budget.
Step 2: Custom Measurements
Each window in your home will be measured by your personal design specialist. Each shade and shutter are custom-made to perfectly fit your home. This process ensures the maximum amount of efficiency and, of course, a beautiful look once installed.
Step 3: Receive Custom Quote
You’ll receive your final quote within 24-48 hours after your in-home consultation. We don’t believe in pressure sales and are proud of our pricing and products. Our ultimate goal is for you to feel comfortable and empowered during the entire process.
Step 4: Product Installation
This is the phase we know you’re waiting for! You’re beautiful new shades will be installed in approximately 3-4 weeks or if you ordered shutters they will be installed in approximately 8-10 weeks from the date of purchase. Our expert installation team will take care of installing your products with grace and ensure you’re fully satisfied before leaving.
